Service Levels: We offer Overnight Express shipping across Australia. Depending on your destination, we can also arrange our delivery to be as early as 9:00 AM, 10:00 AM, or 12:00 PM on the next business day.
Important Note on Availability:
Metropolitan Areas: Most major cities support the full range of timed express options (including 9:00 AM).
Regional & Remote Areas: Some locations may only support 10:00 AM or 12:00 PM services, while some remote locations may require an extra day.
Our system automatically calculates standard rates, but timed Express services (especially TNT 9:00 AM) require manual verification based on your specific postcode.

Inspection
FS guarantees that the outer packaging of the goods is intact at the time of shipment. Please inspect the package upon delivery. If it’s damaged or deformed, do not sign the delivery or open the package. In such cases, please contact FS Support.
To protect your rights, you are highly recommended to shoot a complete unboxing video and check the items according to the packing list. If items are missing or damaged, please contact FS Support within 24 hours after you receive the package so that we can resolve the problem immediately.

How much will I be charged for shipping?
Shipping cost is determined by your shipping location, address type, weight/size of parcel, and the delivery option you choose. You will see the exact shipping cost on the checkout page.
How can I know if my order has been shipped?
Once your package leaves our warehouse, we'll send you a shipment notification email. This email includes the carrier name, tracking number, shipping date, and items' details. You can click the tracking number to track your package on the carrier's website.
Why was my order delayed in delivery?
Most packages arrive on time. Orders sometimes show up after the estimated delivery date. Possible reasons for late delivery include the following:
1. Order contains configurations or reprogram service.
2. Inaccurate address filling, missing apartment, building, floor or unit numbers.
3. Delays in payment processing.
4. Severe weather conditions.
5. International customs procedures.
What happens if my parcel is damaged or lost during shipment?
If you have already received your order and find that it is damaged, please take photos or videos on-site and send them to us. FS will be in direct contact with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, avoiding more inconvenience caused to you. Once you get approval that the damage is caused by shipping, your account manager will guide you on how to return damaged ones to us for an exchange or refund. For more about return service, you may refer to our Return policy. If you find that your parcel is missing, please inform your account manager at the first moment. FS will guide you about the remedy procedures accordingly.
Will any tax or tariff be charged for my order?
Orders delivered to locations within Australia will be charged 10% GST on product value and shipping fees.
For orders delivered to New Zealand, you will only be charged product value and shipping fees, no GST will be charged. However, the packages may be assessed for import or customs duties, depending on the laws/regulations of particular countries.
If the product(s) in your order are not currently in stock in the AU warehouse, we will ship them directly from the Asia warehouse. In this case, import or customs duties may be generated as well. Any tariff or import duties caused by customs clearance should be declared and borne by the recipient.
